At Tendance Lingerie Magasin, we strive to deliver your intimate apparel with the same elegance and care that goes into selecting each piece of our collection.
Order Processing
All orders are carefully prepared within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Returns & Exchanges
We understand that selecting intimate apparel is a personal experience. While we take great care in choosing our noble materials, we want your shopping experience to be equally perfect.
Return Conditions
- You have 15 days from receipt of your order to initiate a return or exchange
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging
- Final sale items (discounted or promotional items) cannot be returned
Non-Returnable Items (for hygiene reasons):
- Underwear (Culotte, Culotte haute, Culottes, Slip)
- Swimwear (Maillot de bain 2 pièces, Maillots de bain)
*Exceptions may be made for manufacturing defects
Returnable Items:
Items from these categories may be returned under normal conditions:
- Nightwear & Cocooning (Chemise de Nuit, Nuisette, Pyjama)
- Dresses & Skirts (Robe et jupe)
- Other lingerie items (Body, Guêpière, Jarretière, etc.)
Return Process
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Items you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return (optional but appreciated)
- Authorization: Our team will send return authorization with instructions within 48 hours
- Packaging: Carefully repackage items with all accessories and tags
- Shipping:
For returns in France: Use the prepaid return label we provide
For international returns: Return shipping costs are your responsibility
- Drop Off: Take your package to a DHL/FedEx drop point or post office as instructed

Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds:
- Processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB or PayPal)
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error or the item was defective
Exchanges:
- We will ship your new item as soon as we receive your return
- Price differences will be adjusted via refund or additional payment
- Delivery times for exchanges are the same as for standard orders
